The Ticket Office open:

  • from Tuesday to Thursday from 8.30 to 18.30
  • Saturday: 15.00-18.30
  • Sunday: 16.00-18.30
  • Mondays and Fridays: from 8.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and one hour before the performance for Opera Nova performances only

One hour before the performance, the box office sells tickets only for the performance on that day. Reserved tickets for performances should be payed or collected at least 5 days before the day of the performance.

Please note that latercomers will not be admitted into the auditorium till the first intermission.

Promotion and Audience Service Department open from Monday to Friday between 8.30 a.m. and 3.30 p.m.

Ticket price includes 8% VAT.

Orders sent by e-mail for the Bydgoszcz Opera Festival, New Year’s concerts and guest performances are not accepted.

Prices of tickets for premieres and guest performances are different.
